Halo On Windows Vista

since the shadowrun forums shut down i'm going to ask my question here :

so i got shadowrun today, i downloaded it then tried to sign in to my live account but it forced me to do a game update, so i did, then shadowrun closed and my comp restarted when i tried to start shadowrun again it said this :

Unable to initialize live for windows components.

Try manually downloading the Windows Live! update, install it, and see if that fixes the problem.

Why would you even want to play Shadowrun? Seriously.

cuz i've bin playing h2 for a long time now and i whanted a change. shadowrun is a very fast paced game. where as with h2 i can leave for 5 mins on a multiplayer game and not get killed.

I don't see what was wrong with ShadowRun? Whats more fun then using magic and guns?
