Halo On Windows Vista

Can someone please help me I can go on Halo 2 vista live but when i try to join any server it just says every single time "connecting" "setting up game" it does this for about 3 times before saying "we are experiencing some problems. sorry about that." and I have tried my firewalls and I have latest Live redistributal or whatever please some give me tutorial or something i want to play live.

I have been able to join one game but only that one!.

I had this same problem. I uninstalled halo 2, reinstalled it, but choose customize install and made it so i didnt play while it installed. I could then join any game i wanted, until recentely when I uncorrectly shut down my computer (held the power button, i was in a hurry). hope this helps! if not go here:
