To force the game to run under admin mode, go to the game folder
(C:\program files\microsoft games\halo 2\) and right-click the
startup.exe, and the halo2.exe and select properties-> compatibility
and tick the box "run as admin".
The scarab gun is available in
the campaign the same way you could glitch it in the xbox version. (the
metropolis, banshee trick, there are some tutorials on youtube... OR
once again modding....)
Did you try playing on a local account? (not LIVE connected one, easy to make one in game too.)
Did you try playing in different settings? If it affected the length you could play?
