    can you get on xbox live multiplayer matches with a local or silver account? Srry I'm a noob.

    please help

    Yes, since July 2008, all access to GFW Live Multiplayer is free to use. All you need to set up is a "Live Silver Account" and you're away. A local account means you do not have a Live account, you need one for MP.
