You can talk to people online, yes. But the catch is you need GFWL gold. Hope that clears this up for you.

Yep, that and its a bit picky to set up if you have multiple sound cards.

Here's hoping for a patch to let you register the sound device separately and use both headset and speakers. I've yet to be able to do both... maybe I'm just a retard though... or maybe people in fact COULD hear me and just were being quiet :p

No, I'd rather have payed for two sound cards that have to pay later on in life for new ears, or ear devices (brain blanked on the name for the hearing devices....wow thats the name :)
